Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We also offer free shipping in the Netherlands as a limited offer.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Lawickse Allee 5A, Wageningen. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 to 7 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping and free international shipping for original art purchases.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For international shipping timelines can vary greatly depending on the destination, which is why we ask you to expect delivery in 8 to 20 days.


Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Marina Stavrakaki Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days (local shipping) or 20 days (international shipping) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at artbymarinast@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or arrive damaged. In such cases, we offer a hassle-free return process.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. You can reach us at artbymarinast@gmail.com and provide your order details. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that all tags and labels are intact. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return requirements. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.

Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods, are not eligible for return. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
