I’m Marina, an artist who’s absolutely obsessed with colour and the magic of painting. I love making joyful illustrations that are all about spreading smiles and good vibes. My animal paintings are kind of my thing—they’re bright, happy, and sometimes a little funny! One of my favourite things is capturing a pet’s unique personality and bringing it to life in my art.

I’m originally from Greece, but now I’m lucky to call Wageningen my home. It’s a cute place, with beautiful landscapes and a creative community that keeps me going.

I created Painted by Marina because of my love of cute stationary (like stickers, cards and notepads) and in hopes of creating my version of these products. My goal is to create a series of colourful and inspiring goodies that brighten your mood and are great gifts for people you love. I make everything by hand in my home studio, so everything you'll get is unique and made with lots of care.
